Thomas Chantry’s True Colors Revealed

By | September 5, 2018

It’s been a few weeks since the Chantry trial ended and although I have not been writing much since then I have kept busy reviewing the 221 files of motions and notices submitted before and during the trial.

Today I made the trip back to the Verde Valley Superior Court to check the Chantry file for new information submitted since the last day of the trial. I also filed a FOIA request for some information that the corrupt ARBCA leaders will not be happy to see, but those seeking the truth will appreciate. Hopefully I will have that information in the near future and will post it once I receive it.

In the meantime I will be posting information as I find it which illustrates the nature of Thomas Chantry.  As Prosecutor Susan Eazer said during the trial, Chantry has a “pedophilic disorder.” The file below is a case in point; it contains an email from Victim 3 to Susan Eazer.

Am curious, Todd, about the legal liability of the authors of the “sealed report”. You have pointed out that they were all mandatory reporters. Who would have standing to make a complaint?

I am not sure Samuel. SOL would probably come in to play. Any lawyers care to comment?

Hi – I have been following this since the beginning but not commenting. I am wondering if there is only one comment on this particular post and I believe on another earlier one. Are comments not showing up or is there something wrong on my end?

Thank you so much for this. I hope these survivors will get justice.

Nothing wrong on your end Kathleen. Things have just slowed down since the trial ended.

I remember teaching a cooking class at the State facility I use to work with. Food was always a focal point along with candy, cigarettes, cigarette butts and coffee (long story). Depending on the developmental age of the person and other contributing factors flashes of extreme violence could flare and often did. If I am remembering correctly someone did not get the pancake they wanted and I wound up getting a frying pan across the side of the head. I think I did deflect it as I was not knocked out, though in other situations I was for a second or two. I had several concussions over my decades of work. It never even crossed my mind to retaliate, redirect, use behavior mod, MAB management of assaultive behavior etc. but retaliate. No one ever learns from that. There is one thing different between the people I worked with and those this man worked with. The students I worked with were far stronger than I was and far more capable of inflicting severe physical damage, and did, at times. But I went into my work with eyes wide open, would not have had it any other way.

Well actually one other way, I wish I could have helped them more, it was often like trying to nail jello to the wall. The guts those students showed, they fought so hard for normalcy and balance. Through the psychosis, the physical and cognitive disabilities the medication etc. I saw more raw guts and a glimmer of human transcendence then I ever saw at church. I don’t think I would fit into Tom’s heaven, thank God, I do think Tom will be there though because I am a universalist. It was the only way I could make sense of the redemptive work of Christ and the people I worked/work with. Again a long story.
